The different points of view are for example for a rich person a flood is okay because they can recover all the things they lost very easy but poor people its a very bad thing, they lost works and things, that they archive during years. Other points of view come from what happen because for example the owner of the house that is flooded think is a damange in a place that don`t have any to be with what the experts think it happen.
My p.o.v is that flood is a problem all word has and maybe if we work for a solution we can find it i mean for example if we can find a solution to the sewers we can improve floods.
